I named my blog “Merri Moments in Time” to illustrate how focusing on life’s journey can transform your life and help you find and embrace your joyful (Merri) moments.

I choose to confront the challenges life presents while staying positive and embracing happiness. Merri brings me immense joy and brightens my days, prompting me to pause and appreciate the present. She reminds me that life can truly be joyful (Merri)!

This blog will focus on overcoming trauma. My journey includes childhood struggles, health scares, the loss of my mother, divorce, and the trials my children have faced. Throughout my life, I’ve received a wide range of advice—some helpful, some not. What I’ve learned is that facing your trauma is essential. Ignoring it won’t make it disappear; it will always linger. It’s important to address it and heal. I hope to share insights from my experiences to inspire you as you navigate your own journey.
